kinda winging this one but its a topic i wanted to delve into eventually!!!!!! so. ur a fictive right. what next
EXIST IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!! maaaybe its just me but when i come across a system or one of my underlings who is Really distressed about who they are and how ... errr 'canon' they are or or or close they are to their source material in personality i just sigh and grooooannnn cus seriously?? THATS your biggest worry???? WHO CARES!!!!!!!!!!! you exist is that not enough?????? stand up and find hobbies!!!!!! but thats easier said than done cuz emotions (shivers) are complicated.
and im saying this as someone who is technically really close to her source material. i likeee leaning into 'my' 'canon' personality. its fun!!!!! but yknow buuut if you spend ur entire life worrying about not being enough or being too much like a source you just end up stressed yourself out too much!!!!!! i lean into 'my' 'canon' personality but i still am a whole ass person----- thing. i have discrepencies from my source and thats OKAY!!!!!!!!!!!! OK!!!!!!!!!!!!
i dont have time to worry about being too much or not enough like Kokichi Ouma from hit game Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. I am "Kokichi Ouma" from ACTUAL REAL LIFE and i have real bills to pay!!!!!!!!!!!!! i took his face, i took some of his personality, but at the end of the day i am still me and not him! but i am him. but not really! do you see? hes an extension of me and is part of me but i am not him.

by some miracle, youre here and youre alive and youre living and real. worrying about a fictional source that the brain latched onto through sheer survival instincts isnt gonna do much for you in the long run. still worried about who you are? thats ok. nothing has to be decided in one day. as that one saying goes: time will pass and you will always have time!!!! time IS on your side despite what everyone says ok!!!!!!!!! you can take as long or as little as you need!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE TIME AS LONG AS YOU TELL YOURSELF YOU CAN HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you start worrying too much about yourself and your role i need you to BREATHE AND EAT A SANDWICH! then ur thoughts will be focused on oh fuck this sandwich is sooooo good i will always obey my kind leader wait what who put that sublimial message there....
